Welcome
Hi, my name is Joe Spano. I started Little Penguin, Big Panda Designs with the goal of helping businesses, towns, and organizations utilize mobile applications and websites for connecting with their customers/residents/participants. We will work to find a cost-effective and design appropriate solution for your needs.

User interface design is not that same as user experience. We work to create a user interface that provides the maximum experience for the user. Functionality is important but the experience is what the user remembers.

Have a website you need designed and built? We can definetly help you with that! We use all standards based code. (xhtml, html5, css, javascript)
